These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Statistico™ Suite ("Service"), provided by Metrics Institute ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Statistico™ is provided as an Office Add-in built on Office.js and related web services. Certain functionality depends on compatible Microsoft 365 and Excel environments, tenant settings, and network availability.

3. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You may use the Service only for lawful business, research, or educational purposes.

• No unauthorized reverse engineering, abuse, or interference with platform security.
• No use that violates applicable laws, contractual obligations, or third-party rights.
• You are responsible for access control and usage under your account or organization tenant.

4. Data Handling and Privacy

Data submitted to the Service is processed to deliver the requested analytical functionality. Privacy and processing details are governed by our Privacy Policy (to be published). Where privacy requirements apply, the Privacy Policy controls for personal data topics.

5. AI-Assisted Features

Some features may provide AI-assisted interpretation and suggestions. Outputs are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, regulatory, or professional advice. You remain responsible for validating conclusions before relying on them.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, models, interface design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Metrics Institute or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service may be distributed or accessed through third-party platforms including Microsoft AppSource, Microsoft 365, and Excel. Microsoft is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metrics Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the Service.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance, or material breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms are effective upon publication with the revised effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of Metrics Institute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
